All customer data is stored in Turkish data centres, fully compliant with KVKK. We also meet GDPR requirements and never transfer data abroad.
Yes. Alongside KVKK, we meet all GDPR obligations. Data deletion, portability and objection requests are handled via the /user/kvkk self-service portal.
Cancel within the first 30 days and we refund everything paid. After that, we pro-rate the unused portion and your account remains active until the end of the period.
